Wow! Some beautiful entries. Mine is rather insipid in comparison but the colours are fitting as the landscape looks dusty, tired and stressed. We desperately need rain... (Sorry, the 3rd pic is very blurry. I have been away for 2 months and was struggling to get this done.)

I would gladly share some Parisian rain with you. It's been raining almost non-stop here for months!

Oh for some of that persistent drizzle...

I brought huge bunch of tulips from The Netherlands - and finally everything feels like Spring at home!

Bouquet d'Antan is exact match with the most beautiful flower in the vase.

(my drawing is not doing it a justice...)

Great orange entries this months (oh... you enablers...)

Well, this is a bit late. I actually did it last week, but didn't scan it in till this afternoon.... Then had to play around a bit with the image to make the colors remotely accurate. :(

I did both Spring and Fall because even though it's Spring around here the colors that I would have picked for Fall were just too awesome. ;)

You had a similar pairing to mine! But I think you have brighter colours.

Edit: they actually look nicer together in the photo than in person :headsmack:

Don't forget if you have ink filing rules, be sure to post them here: http://www.fountainp...-4#entry4036964

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

  • 1 month later...

I'm very late posting this one; I actually made it back then in march but never got to take the photo and post it here

The inks:
Monteverde Erinite: a fresh, springy green

Iroshizuku Kosumosu; a bright flowery pink

Monteverde Amethyst - the picture isn't really accurate, it's a little less dark and less blue on paper, slightly more lavender-like

Didn't even realize until afterwards that I chose three inks from the "Four Seasons" line... somehow that feels like cheating.

I have to admit I was not much inspired by the November combo theme. I had a couple of things in mind but nothing any good.

Anyway as inspiration generally has it; it strikes you unaware, and if possible when you are in the middle of something else. So the only inky thing I could come up with this month is an autumn palette – nothing short of a solid month after the amber heart of autumn. Not to mention that the dedicated theme was merely 9 months ago. Oh well.

Quite luckily I picked spring colours back in march, so I'm not redundant. Guess I can even call this one a full circle now!

The inks:

- J Herbin Ambre de Birmanie

- Colorverse Golden Record

- Diamine Oxblood

- Monteverde Moonstone

- Montblanc Midnight Blue

All on Tomoe River paper
