What Is This Pen?

A reputable guy says it's a limited edition Italian pen for the 50th anniversary of movies. His words not mine. I like it but want to know more about it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Without having a link or a photo most people would not have a clue as to what the pen would be. I tried to do a Google search (based on the description) but didn't have any luck.
