Inaccessibility Of Cross Pens

Hey there everybody. I really don't want to start using here with a post like this but i am really peeved off. I've sent my Cross Spire Black Caviar to warranty here in Turkey at October 2017. They said that they wrote an e-mail to Cross Germany about my pen and its warranty. They are still waiting an answer from Germany about my pen. In these passed 4 months i wrote myself to customer realtions, warranty service and all the possible mail adresses i can find from the company. But there ise nothing i receive.

 

I like to ask that is there anyone work in Cross Pens or did anybody experienced this procedure before?

I checked my mail and i see that i sent a mail to home office consumer relations. And i didnt get any answer neither. I have sent an extra mail now. Hope it will be useful.

Finally i reach someone who cares about the customer. After that they worked and solve the problem really fast. I appreciate that.
