No Pelikans yet. One MB and a small lot of Sheaffers, gambling for a specific color...

I would imagine this thread will heat up after this weekend's pen show. I'm looking forward to seeing the new additions, and hearing all the new rumors!

Yep. An Ocean Swirl from eBay. I resisted a long time but my willpower finally collapsed.

No Pelikans yet. I have been looking at some other things though.

None, still sated from the Xmas blow-out. :)

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

An M805 OS arrived in January but it was ordered months ago so does not really count. I have bought a pre-1990 M400 in tortoise, which has yet to arrive. These may be my last Pelikans (or anything else) for the year. May be. Maybe. I have no plans for anything more.

Well apart from the Pelikan 100N, I recently purchased 2 bottles of Pelikan 4001 Blue Black ink, it's a nice ink but not quite the blue black I'm looking for, so I've just ordered a bottle of Edelstein Tanzanite for my delightful 100N

My M800 green striated is with US Customs in NY after traveling from the UK.

Ink 'em if you got 'em!

The only Pelikan pen I have left that I want (of 2 more total) is either a M900 Toledo (prefer the black M910...), or a M1000 maki-e... not going to be cheap :(

No, sadly. At the moment I'm kinda having a moratorium, based on finances (including the unexpected expenditure yesterday of nearly $800 on new brakes on one of the cars -- the weird squealing sound we heard earlier in the week turned out to be that on one of the back wheels the calipers were frozen/locked/forget the actual term. When up on the lift, one wheel spun freely, but the other, well, didn't....

Still waiting to hear about a Pilot Decimo that's theoretically in the mail from Japan, but the Pelikan flock will have to stay the same size for the time being. Unless some phenomenally good deal comes along, and maybe not even then.... :(

None yet but I'm planning on ordering the M101n red tortoiseshell soon. I have a wishlist of other Pelikans for 2018/2019 but that's for another day in the distant future, unless a good deal comes along. I would also like to check out the M200 brown marble.

Free and clear so far but I'm going to the Philadelphia pen show tomorrow so the outlook for that lasting isn't good.

PELIKAN - Too many birds in the flock to count. My pen chest has proven to be a most fertile breeding ground.

I bought a brand new M200 brown marble and then went to the flea market where two items popped up which I will post a second thread for as I need wiser heads than Google is providing at the moment.

One is an original 110 by the looks of things but the nib seems to have been replaced at some point since the 1930s. The other I think is a 500 but it's a black one with a green ink window so I'm not totally sure. Most of the examples I can find online are not plain black so....

Nothing so far.

Given that I'm generally happy with what I have, I'm not planning on anything in particular. (Plus, some upcoming expenses...).

I have what I expect to be a 400N Tortoise coming my way. But, with my luck lately, I'll wait and see (it seems sellers think they can dump anything on me and claim it is new or NOS/mint). Still, looking forward to this one.

Temptar: I saw that other thread, and you will be hard to beat for the title of "Sumgai 2018" , Pelikan or otherwise. Congrats and enjoy those magnificent pens!
