In Germany, I went to my pharmacist, told them I wanted the widest needle they had and a 12 cc syringe. Got a strange look. Told them why......even though any junky with money can get a needle at a German Pharmacy, I got a odd look.....then a bit later I wanted glycerine....a waste really and 25% ammonia...in the 'low suddsing' Amonia that is available in the States is not here....no market for it. So they got use to me and my odd buying habits.

Having klutzed at least once in my life....filed off the sharp point on the metal needle. The thing is 10 years old.....still works like it should.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

The cheapest lessons are from those who learned expensive lessons. Ignorance is best for learning expensive lessons.

I've been using the Goulet syringes for a couple of years now. They've done everything I needed. The 2 pack will last a long time as long as you don't beat them up.

The only disposables I have had to toss out were the ones used with Baystate Blue and the half dozen or so that one of our cats selected as ideal chew toys. I had one split along the seam after multiple uses. I use the regular 6 cc syringes with blunt tip needles as well. Both are useful.
