...and now I will stop buying FPs for a while).

Of course you will. :D

Nice looking pen. Most pens age well, if they are treated with a little respect. Keep us updated with how this one does.

A Parker 51 Vacumatic. A classic case of purchase price + restoration costs being less than market value.

Great pen though and an even better nib

I get to finally participate in this forum other than drooling over all the beautiful pens and inks you all post. Received my Pilot Vanishing Point yesterday and I'll be pretty much carrying it every where I go but especially at work for writing orders.

Two JIFs tonight, with Kana-cho and Fuyu-gaki.

post-119257-0-45467200-1565554005_thumb.jpg I generally keep a bunch of cheap pens inked up and Ill use different ones through out the day. The Noodlers Boston Safety Pen is filled with Noodlers Bay State Blue. The jinhao X750 is also filled with Bay State Blue.

Two JIFs tonight, the one with Kana-cho which I flushed and refilled (due to non-use from the one month/pen challenge) and the one which I originally had the Kana-cho in but had to stop because the ink kept leaking into the barrel. I thought maybe the nipple was deformed and was splitting the collar on the carts but I switched to a converter and it leaked, too. I gave it a thorough cleaning last night and carefully pushed my last GvFC Moss Green cartridge onto the feed. So far, so good but we'll see how it fares with more than just some random scribbles tonight at work.

As it is still "a little bit" vacation I will mostly use my Sheaffer Intensity CF this week filled with my new, more exotic (at least for me), color Iroshizuku Shin-Ryoku or forest green.

I was in doubt buying this color or MB Irish Green.
