Today it's been the Parker 41, (probably) M nib, with Papier Plume Caramel. Yesterday morning I wanted something a little different from the ink colors I've been using recently, and that ink was a last minute substitute when I couldn't find my bottle of De Atramentis Gold. But still is mostly behaving very nicely in the pen so far. I don't remember what pen I originally tested the ink with, but I sort of remember going "Meh...." Well, I'm not going "meh" now.

Clearly that ink belongs in a pen with at LEAST a medium nib.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Aurora Optima Burgundy CT (F) for practicing Japanese calligraphy.

I also received Pilot Capless Decimo in Nagasawa LE Suma Rikyu Rose this morning, and already inked it with L'Artisan Pastillier Rose Rose (scented) for some journaling. I love the rose scent of this ink and writing random thoughts with it on smooth Apica premium C.D. notebook or MD paper is a kind of relaxation and healing for me.

A Leonardo Resin Hawaii Blue, with a Pendleton Brown CI, filled with Pelikan Tanzanite. From the first, it skipped due to baby’s bottom. Now it writes flawlessly. No skips, scratches, and superb line variation. It is also one of my most comfortable pens.

Sheaffer Targa - just for fun and the odd detail work (fine nib)

Sheaffer Connaisseur - former everyday carry and still my smoothest writing pen, but now prefer stub nibs

Leonardo Momento Zero - New everyday carry

Conway Stewart Winston - Still messing with this pen as ink hangs up in the filler (which is pesky and annoying, because you can't open it up to take a look inside without risking damage)

Conway Stewart 70 - Latest acquisition - but still refurbishing

Noodlers Ahab - I use this pen to try out all my rash ideas!
