For the Autumn season, I picked some of my orange pens and inked them up. It's a nice way to celebrate the Fall season.

Here are the pens and inks:

- Edison Collier - stub nib with J Herbin Orange Indien
- Delta Dolcevita Stantuffo Oro - B nib with Noodler's Apache Sunset
- Montblanc 25 (vintage) red/orange celluloid - F nib with J Herbin Lie de The
- Conklin Endura - M nib with Noodler's Kiowa Pecan
- Jinhao 159 - F nib with Diamine Pumpkin
Happy Autumn!

Have settled to the flock of three EDC Pelikans found in my signature...

- Pelikan 100N black (post WWII) with a 14k script nib in EEF,

- Pelikan 400 Tortoise with a later (1955) 14k chevron nib in F, and

- Pelikan 100N green (post WWII) with a 14k script nib in BB (wonderful CI that still has plenty of miles in it).

The nibs on those three cover pretty much all of my writing needs and thus I have kind of stabilized to those along this year. I do have a few Parker 51 Aerometrics with me usually (F & M nibs) and a bunch of others inked at home. I do not carry them with me though (no reason).

Today I've got my green marbled pen which I was hoping I could get some help identifying. It was given to me as a gift about two years ago in a set with a small Claire Fontaine journal and a carrying pouch. The pen doesn't have any markings at all other than the IPG on the nib. I'm using the Pilot Iroshizuku ink in Murasaki-Shikibu

Enjoy your time here.

Thanks Fred! This is something I've been trying to find for a long time, I could tell it probably wasn't going to be a super high quality pen based on the flow and the feel of the writing as I compared to my Kaweco AL Sport, but nonetheless I would still take this any day over your everyday ballpoint pen or something similar.

Been a busy pen day so far (and it's just after 8:30 AM -- several pens were about out of ink so this morning's journal entry is um, colorful:

Parker 51 Aero (Forest Green, EF) -- vintage Quink Permanent Violet (the pen is now soaking in ammonia solution for a bit); I realized that 3 pens inked up with purple ink is a little excessive, even for me....

Pelikan M 120 (Iconic Blue M) -- MB Beatles Psychedelic Purple LE (think I'm going to just refill).

Noodler's Konrad (Poseidon Pearl, flex nib) -- Akkerman Dutch Masters Ceruleum van Vermeer (still trying to decide what I think of this ink).

Up next: TWSBI 580-AL (pink, B nib) with Noodler's Suffragist Carmine (finishing up my notes about the ink); and Noodler's Charlie (flex nib) with Noodler's KTC (need to deal with some bills).

Sorry -- dreaded double post. After a few days of reasonable access, the DDoS people may be back.... :(
