Wearever Pacemaker with a 14K Morrison medium/fine nib - inked with Sailor Jentle Blue-Black.

It's getting near empty, so I'll make an effort to finish it today.

Aurora 88K (1954) with a test fill of Waterman blue. The pen needed some fairly straightforward servicing, which all worked. It appears to have an EF nib which makes the line from unsaturated Waterman blue quite pallid.

Lamy 2000 Macrolon Extra Fine filled with Montblanc Toffee Brown. Not the most exciting but I love the weight of the 2k and the texture of the Macrolon... Reminds me of the matte ebonite on a Ranga.

Inked: Aurora Optima EF (Pelikan Tanzanite); Franklin Christoph Pocket 20 Needlepoint (Sailor Kiwa Guro); Sheaffers PFM I Reporter/Fine (Diamine Oxblood); Franklin Christoph 02 Medium Stub (Aurora Black); Platinum Plaisir Gunmetal EF (Platinum Brown); Platinum Preppy M (Platinum Blue-Black). Leaded: Palomino Blackwing 602; Lamy Scribble 0.7 (Pentel Ain Stein 2B); Uni Kuru Toga Roulette 0.5 (Uni Kuru Toga HB); Parker 51 Plum 0.9 (Pilot Neox HB)

Is that a customized Pelikan 101N? In the photo, the binde looks jade green. I have a couple of 100s with a similar color, but have never seen a 100N with that binde before.

'Tis a custom binde for 100N.

Wow! awesome handwriting! It makes me want to ink the #3776 I haven't used in months! the Extra Fine that it's different from any other EF's I have tried.

Cheers,

Luis A.

I'm currently trying to use as much Sailor Souten as I can, I'm getting really sick of the hard starts

Today, so far it's been a Parker Vector, F nib, inked up with Platinum Classic Lavender Black iron gall ink.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Early this morning it was a Waterman Leader w/ fine semi-flex inked with Waterman Serenity Blue and a Sheaffer oversize flat-top frankenpen (a Jade Lifetime with a 7-30 cap) w/ medium-broad nail inked with some VERY old Sanford Pen-It green.

This afternoon and evening its been a plain old Lamy Safari demonstrator w/ medium nib inked with a Lamy blue black cart.

What started as a New Ink Day became a New Pen and Ink Day courtesy of Nick from the Birmingham Pen Company. I ordered a few of Birminghams Pittsburgh themed inks to remind me of home and Nick included a Jinhao because my order shipped later than he had intended. I inked the pen with Fred Rogers Cardigan Red and my son is currently practicing cursive with it. Many thanks to Nick from a soon to be return customer.

Regal Alice 177 in turquoise, and a Rose Gold Lamy LX that I put a 1.1 mm italic nib on. The Regal is filled with Diamine Soft Mint, and the LX has J Herbin Rouille D’Ancre.
