I was noticing tonight that I have way too many pens inked..

But tonight's journal writing session was brought to you by Franklin-Christoph and their amazing pens.

Model 02 Pen Addict Addition with a 14kt Fine S.I.G Nib with Pelikan 4001 Violet

Model 03 Ghost & Smoke with a Matsuyama Broad Cursive Italic with Pelikan Edelstein Aventurine

And lastly, but not least....

Pocket 20 with my favorite Nib, Matsuyama Fine Cursive Italic with a blue Franklin-Christoph cartridge.

Franklin-Christoph has became my favorite brand very quickly.

I wont rest until I find an Ice pocket 20.. if anyone has the heads up on one please let me know. I dont even need a Nib with it.

It's been a Parker day for me (at least so far):

1) multi-color Vector, F nib -- diluted KWZI IG Gummiberry.

2) Vac Junior Red Shadow Wave (lockdown filler), F -- with it's usual diet of Waterman Mysterious Blue.

3) 51 Demi Aero, Plum, M-ish nib -- De Atramentis Aubergine (many, many thanks to whoever suggested this combo to Lloyd in another thread, BTW :notworthy1: ).

4) Azure Blue Pearl Vac speed line filler (I THINK it's a Debutante, but the sizes on Vacs are so all over the place :wallbash:-- it IS larger than my other Azure Blue, which is definitely a 3rd Gen Sub-Debutante, so the Speedline MIGHT be a Slender...), F/M (?) nib -- vintage Quink Microfilm Black.

Just got my Sailor King of Pen in the mail today... inked up with Pilot Iroshizuku Shin-Kai

In great contrast to my Sailor Imperial Black Pro Gear (also medium nib), this nib is crazy smooth, super wet, has a bit of flex/spring to it, and is a lot of fun to write with. While the pro gear is more of a workhorse for me, as the nib is very stiff, this is more alive. Amazing pen... glad I went with this instead of some others I was looking at for now.

Oooohhh, beautiful (pen, ink, and handwriting).

I just flushed my pens to trim down the number I was carrying (from 10 to 3...I feel so proud of myself 😂). Here's what's left inked:

Parker Sonnet, medium, R&K Sepia

Sheaffer Prelude, medium nib, R&K Verdigris

Kaweco Liliput, medium nib, J. Herbin Perle Noire

And a Parker IM ballpoint to go with my matte black GT Sonnet...you'll never know when you'll encounter crappy paper 😅

Today, I used Pilot Custom Heritage 912 Medium nib.
This is the pen I used to take picture.
And today I use it.

Yesterday, I use a non-brand Taiwaness pen. The nib is Medium I think. ( I received the pen as a sample)

And I think I scribbled a few lines down with a Platinum Preppy inked up with Lamy Black.

Wow! awesome handwriting! It makes me want to ink the #3776 I haven't used in months! the Extra Fine that it's different from any other EF's I have tried.

Cheers,

Luis A.

Fred

Is that a customized Pelikan 101N? In the photo, the binde looks jade green. I have a couple of 100s with a similar color, but have never seen a 100N with that binde before.
