I’m waiting for a Kawaco sport green with a fine nib - a pocket pen for all my lovely green inks!

Breathe. Take one step at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff. You're not getting older, you are only moving through time. Be calm and positive.

Just put in for a Jinhao x750 in red ice based on a hot pen tip from a forum member in another thread. Love the red ice!

I received a Sheaffer VFM M in Peacock Blue that I sort of forgot I'd ordered.

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

The tangerine Sailor is here! Woo hoo! Just ran a little soapy water through it and the converter, and now I'm waiting (I'm)patiently for them to dry while I try to decide what ink to use first.

I must say, though, that I am not impressed with this converter. I hope it is better than the Platinum one, but . . .

Bought my first Jinhao X450 to try the nib, a 323 and a Hero 616. The 616 is yellow because why not!

Was waiting for a shipment from a friend in the US - he managed to fit more than 60 pens (mostly Parker), dozens of refills, pen parts, pen boxes, and assorted motorcycle spares into a large flat rate box,.

It's like Christmas for me.

I'm waiting on a Parker 51 in Bloody Red (full size). Come on mailman!

Oooh. Yeah, I'd be impatient too.... I'd love to have a "British Bloody Burgundy" myself but so far it hasn't been in the budget.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Update: Lisa Vanness reports that my Onoto Doctor's Pen has come in, so I expect it will be shipped as soon as they get back from LA. I have a Conway Stewart (latest iteration) No. 100 in cherry red that is supposed to be delivered today. I like the Pilot Prera I got from Birmingham Pens so much that I ordered another. I'm going to dedicate these pens to Noodler's Kung Te Cheng and Bay State Blue. I'm still waiting for my Montblanc Blue Hour Legrand with an OM nib from La Couronne du Comte. They thought it would take two weeks to get one with that nib on it from Hamburg--that was six weeks ago. Last but not least, I won an auction this morning for an Aurora Optima Solé with a fine nib. It will look nice with my Mare and my red 75th Anniversary.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

Ruth after my failure at attempting to get a full size plum I figured I’d just jump on the Bloody. It’ll be a great EDC pen. I have a Navy Gray that rotate from journal to shirt pocket. It needs to stay with my Hobonichi. The Bloody will take its place in my pocket for quick note taking. I’d love to get a broad nib and stub it and put it in the Bloody.
