Diamine Spring Green - Compact Review

Got any Apple Glory on hand?

I have a lot of inks, but no apple glory. The bright greens are not high on my favorites list, but sometimes you need some spring colors :-)

 

If I look it up on google, Apple glory looks "harder" green

Spring green is more " soft"

 

J. Herbin Vert Pre is comparable but more bright

Of course this are all subjective interpretations

 

The scanner is calibrated, the colors of the scan are realistic

That's true. I too looked at Diamine's samples on my screen and the Apple Glory I see there is much darker. But the Apple Glory coming out of my bottle onto my papers looks alomst exactly like the ink I see above on my screen. Again, on my screen, it's D's Jade Green which looks a lot more like their Spring green.
