Frannz Kafka Mechanical Ballpoint....authentic?

I have a Franz Kafka ballpoint, given as a gift. I have read much about authenticity and fakes so wanted to ask for some expert opinion. I have looked all over the web, made comparisons, studied detailed imagery etc. I thought the learned people here could advise. I attach some close up pics.

Looks OK to me.

 

However 'mechanical ballpoint' is the wrong description. Montblanc make mechanical pencils, not mechanical ballpoints. Modern Montblanc ballpoints are twist action.

I have the ballpoint of Kafka too, and looks original to me.
