@AmandaW That lead holder sounds amazing. I agree, please post a photo when it arrives.

I got two notebooks in the mail today that are Travelers Notebook size. One has lined Sanzen Tomoe River paper, and the other has Mitsubishi Bank paper. It is lined on one side. They will go in the the Olive Travelers Company Notebook I preordered, and am waiting on.

I’ve started to want a Leuchtturm notebook in Berry. I returned some items to Amazon, and have $44.98 in credit.  I’ve been trying to decide what to spend it on.

Leuchtturm produce a premium 120 gm edition. Maybe give one of those a try?

Field Notes has a Wednesday offer of certain notebooks for $8. So I uh yes bought some. Since I caved and subscribed this year, I get 10% off.  That makes the $8 $7.20 for me. I decided to get the County Fair District of Columbia edition in case it becomes a state in my lifetime. I also got 2 packages of the Leap of Faith edition.

Is there a link for the specific offer/opportunity you mentioned above? I definitely would like to check that deal out.

Thank you...

Just got in an 80ml bottle of one of my favorite inks (Diamine Salamander) and an A4 pad (blank) of Midori MD paper. I'll probably harvest 30 sheets full size and then chop the pad into two A5 pads.

Have a friend visiting Japan at the moment who sent me a pic of a nine storey shop that only sells stationery. Be still my heart.

I wonder how close Diamine Salamander is to the 150th Anniversary Safari.

An inexpensive (1.75 CAD) 6x9 sketchbook at Dollarama, made in India. Takes ink and wash well with no bleed through. Micro-perforations along the top, and a slightly rough surface texture.

My library organized a craft swap for Earth Day. I found a stamp set with two fountain pen nibs! Score!

Now those stamps look like fun. Of course now you have to get an ink pad and who knows what else you can rationalize??
