I really, really want that blue one. In the "would order today" way.

Hi Alan & all,

I've heard Conid just ordered the Japanese hard rubber in these 3 colors.

So these pens are surely in the pipeline !

Given Conid's actual work load I expect however the pens will unfortunately not become available before the last quarter of this year…..

I will surely keep you all posted !

Francis

This is most interesting news indeed- looking forward to hearing more particularly likely available model types and pricing. I have a regular bulkfiller which I love, but need a non demonstrator model too. If I can use my existing steel nib tuned to perfection at the LWES show in 2016 by Johann (I believe) that would be an added bonus :)

@fountainbel: Do you know what source the black ebonite is from? German? Japanese? Thanks for all the teasers, and I wish you and the rest of the Conid team success in bringing more ideas to the market.

Hi all,

I realized I forgot to add a picture showing an uncapped pen, so here it is

As you can see the sections are made in black hard rubber, avoiding any risks the section would get gradually stained by ink absorption during filling.

This happens to be an inherent risk using these highly colored hard rubber material, containing a high percentage of color pigments.

The ink window is yellow on this pen, but can alternatively be made in other colors, such as natural or green.

Regards,

Francis

If Conid offers a special price for all three then I might have to break my "no more Conid" rule...!!!

These are amazing, Francis, as always! I believe the green and red will do very well in both EU and Asia markets. Those are all polished Ti, right? The polished Ti Bock looks stunning and complements the Conid trims. I would however offer it in the rounded top cap as below, my favorite shape, that I hope to purchase again one day :)

Where did you get the pen case?

Hi, that's actually been discontinued by SLIP-ON for awhile. The only vendor that seems to have the light and dark brown versions is here:
