Help Identifying This Parker Pen

Can I please get some help identifying this Parker. I hav scoured the internet but can't find something with a similar cap or clip.

Perhaps you could show the nib, the very end of the cap looks odd but a pic of the nib will should help

I found this for sale in a local classify ad and there are no other pictures. Sorry. I presume it is a hooded nib.

 

But yes I find the cap looks odd for a Parker as well as well as the clip. The seller says it is a cartridge converter.

it looks like a Parker 21 to me with correct cap but, as commented above, with the wrong clip and cap top jewel.

This pen should have an aerometric filler inside, an uninformed seller may mistake this for a cartridge converter.
