Toucan Magenta

Watery, low saturation, pale colour. More like a washed out pink than magenta. Medium flow, little lubrication.

(Parker Quink Pink is more of a magenta than Toucan Magenta is. They should swap names.)

Miscellaneous

Well the only use I could find for this ink is for drawing... With Toucan Bright Green.

This was one of the first sets of inks I reviewed, when I was just getting back into fountain pens. The blues and greens are a bit more saturated, and the sienna is quite striking - but when I've gone back to try them more recently I've noticed the poor lubrication. Not so bad if you're using a gushy pen (a Noodler's or a Fountain Pen Revolution flex pen), but otherwise the inks just don't flow all that well.

To be fair, these inks were really designed as "drawing inks" that were *suitable* for use in fountain pens - they weren't designed as fountain pen ink per se - but I'm with you @Lgsoltek, my collection of Toucan inks (30-60 ml of each colour) hardly gets any use now...
