It looks like you need to find someone who can fix your cap and your barrel threads. I'm not sure that Montblanc can because your pen is a vintage version

Greetings and welcome to FPN. Contact Mr. Ron Zorn for the repair. I think he does this kind of repair. He is a member and a mod (of the 'Repair Q&A' subforum) over here. I would post the link to his website later when I find it.

You're probably going to have to replace some parts. But hold on the the nib. See the Montblanc forum, as recommended above. Read carefully before deciding to send your nib away . . . lest you receive a non-vintage replacement and no explanation except, "It's too late..."

The pen has endured some rough treatment, in its lifetime. I would suggest extreme neglect, rather than abuse. It is likely that the piston mechanism should be serviced. Don't use force in making anything move. Good luck.
