Material Question

Hello everyone,

 

I saw this material a few months back on Fountain of Ink's Instagram.

The pen itself was made by Herbus Casameerus.

 

I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about the material it was made from?

I have seen some close matches but nothing exact.

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I did but unfortunately I think it is a vintage material
