Some Colour Combinations

Part of the appeal of fountain pens is using specific inks to organize my thoughts, after quite some time I finally managed to group these colours by topics (business topics I won't bore you with). Some colours get along great with all the others, others are a lot more particular to my eye; there are many more combinations possible, but I didn't want to repeat colours in other groups.

Each group has an anchor: Ajisai, Tsuyu Kusa, Vert Empire (missing in action), Ina Ho, Mandarin. There are two general purpose inks, Verdigris and Perle Noire (also momentarily orphaned).

Hi,

As I am ever so boring, and in the field, I pair Blue-Black (ESSRI or Pelikan BlBk) with R&K Sepia.

The BlBk inks are delivered from either a rotring 600 F nib and the under rated Pelikan P99.

R&K Sepia gets down to business from a Sailor DE with a fude nib. (Who knew that both lean luxury and high performance would be found on that vector ? We learn as we go)

Bye,

I'm not using a blue black at the moment, but it would sure look nice next to sepia, just like all my blues get along great with my three browns. The Sailor Fude looks like an interesting pen, not sure it would work for me, just for writing in (semi?) cursive, I am currently short of one pen but might go for the tried and safe Metropolitan route, for Mandarin (thicker but not super thick nib required).
