Great image!

I like the looks of your Pelikan M101N Gray/Blue B nib.

Thank you for the handwriting sample.

I don't think I've ever played... So, here are some of the broad nibs that are the companions to my insomnia.

Thank you for the handwriting samples from your wider nibs.

They all look great.

That Edson is amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Just out of curiosity, what do people think of Pelikan m200/205 BB nibs? They are available at nibs.com and I was thinking of getting one ground into a stub from nibs.

Thank you, WLSpec. Indeed, the Edson is a great pen. It also makes a nice pair with the Edson Diamond Black with a medium stub that I have :) .

Unfortunately, I have ever used the M200/205 BB. The other sizes (from EF to B ) are excellent nibs, though.

Whelp, I guess I will find out for myself! Just ordered a plain black m205 with a fine nib on amazon and an m205 bb stub ground by John Mottishaw from nibs! Total impulse buy, we shall see how it is when it arrives

Hopefully it is a nice nib - I'll try to share about it here

A nib ground by John is going to be excellent. I have several m200 BBs. My observation is that the tipping size varies quite a bit. Or that i got nibs from a lot which got mis stamped.

In case you wish to write to me, pls use ONLY email by clicking here. I do not check PMs. Thank you.

Yes. Hopefully the tipping is nice and big. We shall see. The stub will obviously take a little off.

I'm sure you will enjoy both nibs. Certainly the Mottishaw one even more. Congrats!

Coincidentally, the Blue Edson above was originally purchased from Mottishaw (not by me, though. But the box indicates so.)

Thank you, 5Cavaliers.

You are too kind!

Hi everyone -

I wanted to let you know that our friend, Tom Kellie, may not be posting much in the near future. His international internet has been cut off. The city where he lives is in complete lockdown due to the coronavirus. My daughter lives in the same city and her complex is also locked down. She still has her international internet and she and Tom do keep in touch.

Please keep them in your thoughts.

The Pelikan BB nib just came in. Writes more like a broad or medium because the tipping was taken off when grinding the stub, but it writes nicely. Will put up pictures later.
