Yes, I bought these last time. Very nice journals, except for the purple-gray shade of the pages. I never grew to like that. I won't buy them again until I hear that color tone is gone.

Unsure whether I notice the issue you raise or whether it also exists in the blank page version, or I simply never notice. I use red inks nearly exclusively so guess using them periodically, notice nothing then what I put down on their 192 pages. An avid and anal hourly/daily journal keeper self-described of course. Not to mention having invested in their leather notebook cover, my fountain pens, inks and I enjoy their aesthetics from a totally different perspective. Be Well.
