Omega 1000 (Knockoff Or Gift Set?)

I bought this at an estate sale. Cannot find anything about it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

First, welcome home. Pull up a stump and set a spell. I am not aware of the watch company ever making fountain pens but it would be reasonable that they might brand such sets as accessories or advertising. Better pictures showing nibs and imprints and threading and filling systems and any other details would help.

That's a Chinese copy of a Cross design with an Omega logo on it.
