Is there any information on pricing yet? It sits at the top of the Modern Writing tab on their website which inclines me to believe that it will retail for >100$ CAD/USD. Does anyone have any hard data?

But the pen will be available in september. You can buy it from Lamy sire any moment now (although it seems they don't send pens everywhere).

For the chaps that already have the pen - how is the section grip? Is it slippery as on the Studio(the non-St. steel model with the rubber grip)...also does it come with a blue cartrige only or Lamy adds a convertor as well.

Mine came without convertor, but the gripping section feels good to hold, not slippery.

The Z27 is the intended converter for the Aion.

Yeah, fully compatible. They changed the design a bit in appearance.
