Hi to everyone I am a newbie as regards to pens fountain or

rollerball.I did recently have a little luck at finding a silver,hallmarked weatherman and I am trying to identify,is it a gentleman or le man.It has no number anywhere all I can find inside is a couple of initials which I can't figure out😵 any help would be much appreciated,many thanks

I agree but there is no cap on this is it missing ? Doesn't look like it ever had one plus it's twist action,Confusing,but enjoying every minute of it Thanks for your help.
