Should I Get This..thing?

I found something in China. It may be trying to replicate what we use a brass sheet for, but the instructions are in Chinese and my HS Chinese is failing me. Pics:

No...it is way too thick....0.01 or 0.02 brass shims, if needed....and I've only tried them once....in I didn't need them....having old and broken in pens...........vintage.

It's thicker than a razor blade, and a razor blade is way too thick.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

The cheapest lessons are from those who learned expensive lessons. Ignorance is best for learning expensive lessons.

Something that thick will either increase flow to a flood or push the tines so far apart that capillary action doesn't work.
