Yellow Pens

Love your collection of yellow vintage pens, particularly the Duofold  . Would be nice to own, but can't afford. These represent my "inexpensive  " selection of yellow pens; but your collection WOW!

I just have this common banana, it would be nice to know about the rest.

Significant pen. Anyone know why?

Yes, there is one of these in the pile I showed. That alone would not justify the price. What other plantains are hiding there?

I don't want to tell you publicly lest the bananas feel embarrassed. Would tell you in private.:)

I have a couple of old Arnolds which are yellow -- a cracked ice pen/pencil combo, and a cute little pen that's about 3"long.

But honestly, I'm not that enamored of yellow as a pen color. Which weird, because I like the color otherwise (say, for flower petals).

How cool.

Maybe I should do a color collection?

Nah, that is just another rabbit hole to fall down into.

Are you interested in any of the bananas or the one plantain I have confirmed exists though we do not know why it is significant or if there are other significant plantains present.

Pen club today. Would you buy this lot of yellow pens?

Hi FB,

The fourth one in from the left; the one with the narrow, single cap band and dual black finials... is that a plantain or a banana?

Hi Pajaro,

Looks like you have quite a few Kullock's there... a lot of strange, (for an official 51), but pretty colors to be had. :)

PS: Are those sky blue ones actually Navy Gray?

Peter Pan, Jewel, what?

A skinny Peter Pan. All three inches of it.

But on the other hand, how about big and fat? It holds almost all of a #22 sac. Gotta back up

a tanker truck to fill it.

And when you’re bored with it, I’ll take the banana on the far right,

If this is a puzzle, I hope someone will post the solution eventually. I'm too much of a newb to understand this banana/plantain nomenclature. All I know is that bananas are heading toward extinction. ;)

Sounds like the start of a negotiation.

I say baanana.

You say bahnanah.

Did you rebuild the cap lip? Nice touch…the black.
