Mystery "parker Vacumatic" Copy

I recently picked up what I believe is a Japanese "seagull" pen which is a Vacumatic copy with an aerometric pressure bar filler. No distinguishing marks/names on the pen body, the nib has "hardest Iridium Park 3 pen" and on the pressbar it states ""Special made Best in the World" . pen is 5" long capped, and is in gold/brown plastic cap/barrel with a single gold cap band (see attached) . Has anyone seen these pens before ? I guess it may be from 1950's but not sure. Any help greatly appreciated, it was pretty inexpensive but looks a nice pen . Thanks Keith Davies

I have found several of them hire in Chile...in Blue, Burgundy,Gold and Green finish also

Sorry, never seen one before.

It's pretty, like my Vacs. Servicing the sac should be child's play,compared to the Vacumatic. How does it write ?
