Mystery "parker Vacumatic" Copy

I recently picked up what I believe is a Japanese "seagull" pen which is a Vacumatic copy with an aerometric pressure bar filler. No distinguishing marks/names on the pen body, the nib has "hardest Iridium Park 3 pen" and on the pressbar it states ""Special made Best in the World" . pen is 5" long capped, and is in gold/brown plastic cap/barrel with a single gold cap band (see attached) . Has anyone seen these pens before ? I guess it may be from 1950's but not sure. Any help greatly appreciated, it was pretty inexpensive but looks a nice pen . Thanks Keith Daviespost-25636-0-22929000-1492342372_thumb.jpgpost-25636-0-30431700-1492342337_thumb.jpgpost-25636-0-66625400-1492342406_thumb.jpgpost-25636-0-40682200-1492342441_thumb.jpg

Sorry, never seen one before.

It's pretty, like my Vacs. Servicing the sac should be child's play, compared to the Vacumatic. How does it write ?

Auf freiem Grund mit freiem Volke stehn.
Zum Augenblicke dürft ich sagen:
Verweile doch, du bist so schön !
