A while ago I bought an Omas milord. Unfortunately it turned up with a loose clip. Now... this one was special because it had the extra flessible nib... so I decided to hold onto it and fix it somehow. I figured the hex screw inside the cap was the issue but all the 6.5mm tools that I could find, seemed to be too wide to fit in the cap.

 

Finally I got my 3d printer and put this model together... The clip no longer rattles and I am very pleased with the result.

 

I thought it might be worth posting the model on here, just incase anyone finds it useful.
