Mystery Imperial Windsor Fountain Pen

Hi

 

I recently picked up the enclosed Imperial Windsor button filler green marbled plastic fountain pen at a collectors fair for £15, I can't find any information in the usual books, e-bay link to a similar pen suggests a Dutch pen from 1950's but can anyone out there help ? Its a reasonable quality pen with a 14 ch gold Warranted nib, which I suspect may not be the original nib

 

Any help would be gratefully accepted !!
