I'd like to know what they're dumping in the river to make the water turn that unnatural (albeit lovely) color.

 

I must admit, when I went online to look at 'Eau de Nil' and saw a picture of the Nile river, I wondered how they had managed to get it to be the lovely colour. I've never been fortunate enough to see it, but I would guess the river is not this colour.
