I have a Pilot MYU 701 and the clip is loose. Is there any way that I can tighten this myself?

Hi octatonic.

 

I think this has been asked before, without a satisfactory answer.

I'm not at all sure how to do tighten or remove the clip. Can't see any clues inside the cap - and because mine is still nice and tight, I don't fancy having a go at it - but I'd be interested to know if any members have succeeded in this.
