Pen Identification And Converter Question.

Hey Sheaffer experts!

 

This is my fist find from them do I have no idea (bleep) anything to do with this pen, model and possible date would be fantastic.

 

 

 

It came with a very gummed up cartridge in there and was wondering what kind of converter it writing take.
