i suppose replacing the entire unit with a kw one is the easiest way forward. Their jowo threaded units work very well.

Yes, but I don't have access now. Importing a nib unit to UAE is going to cost me a week's grocery😄😄

Next time I go to India I will get a couple of KW's "Jowo units".

Until then Yen will be just tolerated.

Regards

QA of Jowo is so bad??

in general its quite OK, sometimes you can get a lemon.

also nib and feed can get misaligned during the process of screwing in the nib unit.

try to buy a replacement JoWo nib unit,

I make sure to hold the nib unit firm and turn the section to attach or detach the nib unit.. probably Click technician did not take care. I aligned the tines and it is much better now. Still, it did not impress like KW nibs or Click Renaissance nib (possibly by KW?) or Gama nibs. Maybe I am expecting too much from the more costly Jowo nib??

I thought Click made their own nibs. Anyway, the jinhao nibs fit jowo units well. If you have access to aliexpress then you can get 5 for under 5 euros. The only problem i faced is that the tines are usually tight, but this is easily fixed.
