Yes. In fact the B is for Baby.

This model's name should have been 70CB for 'cute baby'. :)

I have two other pens, V-Sign 'Cute' and Pierre cardin 'micra' which are of similar sizes..

Are there any other Indian pens which are small and look elegant ?

Beautiful penmanship, and beautiful pen.

Did you grind the nib yourself?

I think most pen manufacturers offered these small pens. I have several handmade ones. Look up the Deccan datoon. Hema pens. Some Jk Pen store versions. The Deccan Bullet. Lilliput etc. then guider and Ratnamson have record book entry small pens. So yes ultra small pens are very much there along with the monstrously large pens.

The barrel material is acrylic if I'm right, while the cap, section is black ebonite. It has the stock Gama nib 35mm

( mind the pic quality)

Thank you sir! I'm really not sure... My father picked this up in Chennai about 3 years ago. Must've been between 900-1200 then. I'm not sure

Inspired by @Yohaanrods I successfully placed a KW #35 medium flex nib on a new Wality 71JT.

This configuration is aesthetically looking better than the stock #8 nib because #35 nib is well-proportioned with the rest of the big pen, and the chrome of the nib matches the rest of the trim and clip. This pen is a nice, wet writer now.

Again, inspired by @Yohaanrods and @hari317's posts, I tried inserting a #35 to a 69TL, but failed miserably; my fingers with peeled-off skin and abrasions attest to that.... Maybe another time....

Great. You are a lucky guy. So was I guess. My dad gave me some good pens back in the day that started me on this.

I'm still using my broad-nibbed Ranga 9B Giant on a regular basis (alongside my Kilk Epigram).  I love that (those) pen(s)!   :)
