Today i am using the ASA patriot fountain pen with jowo nib unit, from ASA.

It has remained inked for a long time now.

If you’re in Lucknow have you tried the Anupam Bhartiya pens yet?

Today I inked a Ranga 4cs - ebonite pen with Ranga steel nib, ebonite feed, eyedropper. The pen is inked with Camlin blue.

This is a favorite pen of mine - the nib is very smooth and wet; tuned very well by the pen maker. It is quite ergonomic for my hands - neither too slim nor jumbo. The cap unscrews smoothly, without squeaky sounds as I have often experienced in some other handmade ebonite pens. The pen can be capped, and is comfortable to use whether capped or not.

and 2. A custom design made by Shashank Inamdar under his Sage Pens label, the barrel is made using Delrin, and the finish is matte-ish, great feeling to hold it.  The section is ebonite, came with a Kanwrite #35 F, changed it to Jowo F (when I took this photo) and now back to Kanwrite M, which suite better for me with how the pen writes. Looks really nice with Epitome Turquoise.

p l p  pen – solid blue acrylic bigger

section - hard vulcanised rubber

dimension – (capped/uncapped/section diameter – 150/135/15 mm; constructor specifications)

barrel has a bore inside (believe, the pen was supposed to be converter fill; as eyedropper was preferred to converter, the bore to regulate the ink flow, may be)

thanks..

Mr. Manoj Deshmukh of Fosfor Pens shipped me a new pen design which is his tribute to the Namiki Emperor. Very similar dimensions. This one is in green ebonite with a Bock 380 polished titanium nib.

Love my new Ranga Pens "Giant Sugarcane".

Can't really decide, what's more to love: the polished warm ebonite material, the quality of the pen or it's lovely color, the black rhodium plating of the nib or the softness of the Bock 380 nib. Maybe it's the combination of all those parts. I just need to find the right ink, Irish Green doesn't convince me.

Best,

Sebastian

Thank you. I've purchased a few of his pens and can state without reservation that he is fantastic to work with. I think his pens are worth the wait. This one is actually a prototype design from order "460" [for those checking his website for the status of open orders] that he is working on now.
