I've been rotating between my two Ranga Emperors and 4c since January.

Using my Oliver F27 (from Ranga) with KWZI brown/pink for grading. Also, Lotus Shikhar (with KWZI Northern Twilight) and my ASA Rainbow (an ED) with my mix of diluted PR Ebony blue and Ebony purple.

Camlin 11-R with Diamine Turquoise, and Classmate Octane Fountain (the Octane is temporary I think, I'm not really a fan of its nib...) with the blue ink it came with.

Thanks, (or) Hope that helped,

My Airmail Ebo/69eb came in yesterday. Flushed it out and filled it with Pelikan Royal Blue. I REALLY enjoy the nib and am glad I didnt spend the extra money to upgrade it to an FPR nib. Has a good amount of feedback but feels really nice. Almost like writing with a nice pencil.

It did burp on me once, which was interesting cus the pen was nearly full. I think I didnt insert the nib and feed deep enough after I removed them. I really enjoy the pen .

My new Ranga 8B with Colorverse Quasar, my Asa Rainbow with a mix of PR Ebony purple, ebony blue, Glare Violet, and water (the PR is highly saturated), and last but not least, my Lotus Shikhar with KWZ Northern Twilight. I'm also trying Ecoline dennengroen in a FPR freebie: the Muft. All except the Shikhar are eyedroppers.

Airmail 71J green model + Noodler's Black. For some reason, this combo isn't boring.

Perhaps the sunlight hitting the page while I write has something to do with it. Been a long winter, and frosty spring thus far.

Using my Lotus Shikhar in brown / black Ebonics. I put a FPNibs.com medium cursive italic nib in it and filled it with Akkerman S.B.R.E Brown Ink.

I am using a Ranga model 8

although slightly narrow in terms of width it's a very nice shape and feels very comfortable in the hand.

This pen is an ED with a Bock nib (marked Conklin) and has an ebonite feed.

The colour when I received it was a slight let down, considering that it was supposed to be a blue-olive combo but looks much more like a black-brown.

However it writes so beautifully, so smooth and free flowing (I am convinced due to the ebonite feed and ED system), that it's one of my favourites and is almost always inked.

I have some experience with these particular nibs, I have seen them come packed in bags with the Bock markings. The nibs are really smooth, pair well with Indian ebonite feeders and I feel are much better made than the generic Bock nib units one can buy today. It only means that Conklin had specified a higher grade nib for their older nibs, their newer nib has a different styling.

Five minutes ago I bought a Ranga 4 in olive brown ebonite. That makes it three Ranga pens. I should stop looking at his ebay store, but it is like looking through the window of a sweet shop and drooling.
