Using my 1st MB tonight, not sure what model it is, slim c/c, black with gold furniture, slip on cap. Very smooth writer.

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

Is the first one (next to the red) a c/c?

Is the course being taught by a lawyer or an academic historian? Not that I'm biased either way.;-)

Don’t know that the college professors are licensed/practicing lawyers.  [sorry if that’s disappointing.] They’re on-staff at a recognized college.  A different focus than Con Law I and II in law school.

Not disappointing at all and in fact encouraging.  The course is titled The Meaning and History of the Constitution. That implies a course with a rather large scope that includes the social and political aspects of society in 1787 that led to  formulation and adoption as well as ideological antecedents.  And not to mention subsequent events such as Civil War, Great Depression, Civil Rights, etc.  All of that is not likely to be adressed by law professors.  I say that not to slight law professors, but obviously their focus is legal and not necessarily historical.  Seems to me that it can be an interesting and quite timely course. Maybe some members of the SCOTUS could take it and learn a few things.
