Hello ak47, the sample writing is already on the paper, I used the pens to write with.

I have seen  but i wish another one with these. If you can and want, obviously.

I currently have my 149 Calligraphy inked with MB Irish Green, and 146 EF inked with J Herbin Scented Red Rose using a Rhodia Web journal.

I sometimes like to alternate on a page between two inks I like for a colour contrast. Had Mystery Black and Red Rose going for a while, and switched over to Irish Green for a change.

The scented Red Rose smells nice.

Thanks for looking.

Hi

Here you go… using plain copy paper.

I just added a 149 to the family. I flushed and cleaned it out. Added some grease. It's running as slick as snot. However, I don't know what to ink it with. Any ideas?

I don't have that ink. I did fill it with Diamine Aurora Borealis and it started feathering. I'll flush it and try another ink. This 149 is a gusher. A little too much so. I'll need a drier ink.

Always have my 149 out and about, ready to go. An older pen, FPH (i bought it there pre-owned many years ago) just helped me date it to 1970-75 vintage. Beautiful pen to write with, so glad I have it. I was fortunate to buy an outrageous quantity of MB Racing Green when it was discontinued so it's usually fueled with that.

JELL-O, IT'S WHATS FOR DINNER!

I was looking at the color and it seems to be very close to Diamine Majestic Blue. Which is one I like and use quite frequently.

I keep on using the Noblesse and the Slimline, as usual, can't stop using them. Maybe I'll ink a Meisterstück to give them some airing.

@cat74, that is a truly amazing pen, a piston filler where the section can be disassembled exposing the piston for ease of cleaning and maintenance. I wasn't aware of their existence, and can only say the idea is truly genius and a pity it is not still used today.

If you are to be ephemeral, leave a good scent.
