Beatles OBB inked with psychedelic purple.

Just got her back yesterday and shes a beauty.

A Beatles OBB sounds like great fun!

If you've inked it, does it write well for you?

I just took out my Mont Blanc 149 with an EF nib which I had not used in over a month. It started up immediately. A smooth wet writer. Outstanding pen!

My 1991 146, made in West Germany. I really like this pen!

Never argue with drunks or crazy people.

I am fairy new to the fountain pen world (bought my first one this year) so I am definitely still experimenting. I really love my MB 149 so far! I also bought a Writer's Edition Charles Dickens and it is a wonderful pen too. The big cap seems awkward at first, but when posted it gives the pen really nice weight. Good stuff!

MB 144 Bordeaux medium bought in 1983. Still wonderful.

That Blue Hour is the most wonderful looking pen imaginable!

Today for me a simple 149 with a wonderfully smooth Masuyama tuned nib.

Two Visconti stubs and my Blue Hour.

Those pens are awesome, how do you carry those beasts? I usually carry two pens since I like to travel light with a two pen leather pen pouch.

Great photo by the way, I enjoy your posts very much.

Thank you! I have a 3 pen Delta Markario leather pen case I use around the house. The Blue Hour never leaves the house, so a 2 pen version of the case works fine for travel. Slide that in my purse or computer bag and I’m good.

I'd love to see a writing sample with the Tolstoy BB...

I have this smallish MB I bought in the late 90s. I'm not sure what kind it is. Re-discovering fountain pens, I've found that it's a bit too small for my hands, but it writes really well.
