Inked up a few today, ready for use. Two Auroras (Optima base) the Mare and Primavera, an Ancora Perla and S T Dupont Classique in red lacquer. All of these particular pens are being used by me for the first time. Inks in play are GvFC Turquoise and Moss Green, Lamy Dark Lilac, and Robert Oster Deep Sea. This brings me up to seven pens with one or two about to run out.

I had tried to use GvFC Turquoise earlier but found it disappointingly similar to GvFC Deep Sea. My disappointment was not entirely assuaged by discovering the problem lay not with the ink but with me (filling error).

The Korean made "Pilot" (Pilot USA told me "Pilot didn't make this" but it's got a Pilot nib and fill system). Trying to write it out of ink because I think there's a leak around the collar, but well, it's an Asian F or EF.... B) Ink is Noodler's Boston brahmin Blue LE (the swag from this year's Commonwealth Pen Show) and is SUPPOSED to be a washable ink. But it's pretty water resistant on the page, and fairly Ink Nix resistant on my fingers. The upside is that I feel safe using it to write checks and address envelopes. And of course, getting ink in my fingers just means that much less in the pen that has to be dumped.

Noodler's Charlie eyedropper, with Noodler's Heart of Darkness.

Lamy Safari, F nib, with Platinum Classic Forest Black IG.

Parker Vector, F nib, with diluted Robert Oster Purple Soul.

Those are the ones so far, anyway. Only now I'm not sure where I stuck the Charlie pen.... :(
