What Pens Are You Using Today 2017

Just got Stipula Paparazzi with fine nib.

Very small pen but posting the cap (there is a thread at the end of the barrel to secure cap) makes it a very comfortable pen. I don't have to worry about losing the cap while I sketch! lol

That's a cute, stubby pen. Are they still being manufactured, or did you find a pre-owned one?

It is not manufactured anymore, but I found it new on an auction site. Italianpens sometimes put a Paparazzi on auction :)

Pelikan M400 Striated Blue, EF -- Edelstein Amethyst

Metropolitan, silver-color, M -- Nemosine Aeolus Palus Red.

Tried to use one of the Noodler Charlie pens, with some unknown ink sample I acquired recently, only the ink was really really wet, and the pen, being an eyedropper and not 100% full, burped mightily. Even after washing my hands several times and soaking in the tub when I got home from the weekend, I still have "Unknown blue ink B1" on my hands. And I think I will have to take Amodex to something tomorrow when I finish the laundry.... :headsmack: The ink is a pretty color, a dark blue/blurple. But, um, really, really wet, and generally not well behaved. The last ink I used that was this drippy was Iroshihzuku Asa Gao.... Thinking about dumping the rest back into the sample vial and then trying the ink with a dry pen, like my Platinum Plaisir.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

I just inked(well, pierced a cartridge) with my new handmade pen that I'm affectionally calling the "Pink Pearl." Question-are we allowed to review handmade pens, not just including mass market ones?

I dust off my Lamy Vista because the unique grip section is a great learning tool to train my right hand.. (i'm a lefty)... I hope soon my hand will learn how to grip a fountain pen properly so I could move on to my beloved Wing Sung 698..

New Lamy Studio in Imperial Blue today. Really a nice smooth nib. The cap is a little loose but I'm on it! Really a nice pen. I like it! I have a 14kt gold Imporium nib I'm contemplating throwing onto this pen. That or go 1.5mm stub :)

Someday the mountain might get em but the law never will.........

Just used my Delta Unica matte black LE #128/200 (2016 or 2017, don't remember) to sign a birthday card that my wife put in front of me. The Unica has a Goulet fine black nib in it, as the original was (bleep) crud, as was the replacement.

I may not have been much help, but I DID bump your thread up to the top.
