Platinum Century 3776 SF. Not as soft as I expected but then I have got a Pilot 912 FA and some vintage flex. Not entirely sure what I was expecting. I wouldn't describe it as soft but I am really enjoying it though.

Used to be my go to pen for more than a year. The nib is excellent for quick notes on any paper. YMMV, although.

A bunch of pens I got back from Spain, all adjusted/repaired/reground by Pablo Carrasco of FPnibs.com (no affiliation, just a happy customer). Delta Dolcevita Federico (OB nib reground to stub, inked with Sailor Kin-Mokusei), Sheaffer Snorkel Saratoga (M nib reground to Cursive Italic, inked with Sherwood Diamine Green), Parker 65 Flighter (B nib, ink collector fixed), Eversharp Skyline (M semi-flex nib, new sac). Plus a shiny Sheaffer Targa 1001 (factory stub, inked with Montblanc Toffee Brown).

Practice, patience, perseverance

That's a sweet pen, Fred -- even without the flexible nib....

So far, today it's been the Vac Red Shadow Wave (and it's usual fill of Waterman Mysterious Blue) and the red Vector (trying to finish up the fill of Noodler's Midnight Blue so I can flush the pen out: I'm trying to get a bunch of pens out of rotation for when I'm out of town, and still have this week's and next week's Ink of the Week selections, along with pens to do bookkeeping with in possibly inclement weather; plus a couple of fun colors for doing my morning pages journal).

Yes, love that Vac, Fred.

Been using a Lamy Safari, a Waterman Ici et La, and a Visconti HS Bronze.

@Fred - Your pen collection continues to baffle me. So many absolutely gorgeous pens!

My writing implements of choice today are:

Noodler's Ahab (Diamine Saddle Brown - eyedroppering it pretty much fixed most of its problems, but I still don't trust it)

Unknown piston filler w/ 14k gold nib by Bock (Pelikan royal blue - I still think the nib's not original, because the proportions don't match up and the nib unit screws out so easily that it's likely been done before, but whoever put that nib on there was a genius)
... and some random stuff I have lying about, like a Sheaffer Imperial with a wonky ink flow and my trusty Lamy AL-Star and a Parker 75 and a bunch of Chinese pens.

Parker 21 desk pen wearing an Ariel Kullock clear taper in place of the stock black taper, and loaded with Iroshizuku Shin-ryoku, and a Preppy 02EF currently packing Waterman Blue-Black. These are my typical stay-at-work pens.

Rockin a TWS today. Is TWS a cool way to shorten TWSBI? Is that what the cool kids are doing these days? Rockin a TWS or a Pel or a Mont?

I'll see myself out.

Sometimes I'll pull out a notebook and write down total nonsense just because I love to feel a pen move across a page.

Onoto 3000 with J Herbin Violette Pensée becoming more generously available by the moment. I think it may be running out of ink. Have you ever noticed that a plant in moisture distress will bud flowers profusely?

@Fred - that Stipula Etruria in particular is an absolutely stunning pen.

I got some new pens in today, so that's what I'll be using: a Wing Sung 322* and a Picasso 915**, both in red and both inked with Diamine Oxblood. Also testing another (green) WS 322, which will be a small gift to my accordion teacher***, because she liked mine so much.

*bought it because of the very fine nib, as I don't have enough pens like that. The bright red celluloid barrel sure helped, though.

**what a pen, man. What a pen.

***I'll have to ask her if she minds if I switch out the barrels of our respective pens, though; hers looks better at the exact angle I write at, and my barrel matches the threads on her pen better anyway.
