Wow that looks like a TWSBI.

It does, which is why I bought two of them --

The dimensions and weight are almost identical to my TWSBI Diamond 530 ( I have one of the original 300 pre-release models), they take about 1 ml of ink, have a very smooth, medium wet Lamy Safari style nib in Fine/ EF, depending on your point of view, cant be disassembled without tools, and only cost a few dollars.

Dang, but no stub nib right?

But it can use a Lamy nib which will get you a stub. So I’m told. I haven’t tried it yet because I’m going to at least use the factory nib for all of the first fill. Friedrichwild has aLamy there

My new daily writer, Noodler's Ahab...

This is a great pen once you get it working the way you like it... when my ahab refillable cartridges arrive, I would love this pen more cause it'll work like an eyedropper but without the burping problem... the current piston keep jamming on me..

Now if only the smell would go away.. It's not that I dont like the smell, but I miss the sweet smelling of my KWZ iron gall ink...

thats true. And it costs under 3 euros !!!

Exactly! Bought one for 3,10€ including shipping a month ago. I'm ready to buy a couple more but I want to get a bit of first-hand experience first.

So, a Lamy nib fits on this pen? Or did you swap out the feed as well? I'm intrigued!

the lamy nib fits perfectly. No need to swapt the feed. And to be honest my 1.5mm italic (that in the picture above) works a little better with the wing sung's feed rather than the feed on my lamy joy

Thanks! Sounds like it might be worth a try.

To keep you updated on my Inktober

Currently put this Sonnet back into rotation. I swapped the medium nib for a broad 18 K from an older model. Ink is Pelikan Edelstein Smoky Quartz.

The Eco is currently inked with Iroshizuku chiku rin

I love that colour blue.

One more thing to order.

It is nice, and shades really well with broad and italic nibs.

すごいですね。それモデルもあります。よろしくね。

I know the picture shows a maroon color, but it's actually the usual purple model. I would have preferred the red one myself.
