I admire your inky artwork! I loved your pen drawings from a few days ago too.

Thank you SNAK. I had a few dried drops of ink left on my pallets, because I use them for painting also. Ink behaves differently than watercolor. A few days ago I decided to use them up for a wash. Now I've decided to add a skyline to it.

The Bexley is filled with Sailor okuyama.

The used inks were, as I remember: Sailor okuyama, doyo, waterman tender purple, absolute brown, Seitz Kreuznach cognac and Pilot iroshizuku yuuyake.

Quiet (ssh, don't tell anyone around here...) Friday at work, so a moment to post pens ! Forgive the cell phone pics, These pens are shiny black.

 

First,

This one was a present from a friend, unusual in my collection because I didn't restore it. It came to me having been restored by Sarj Minhas. Millers are not well-known pens; Danish. From its cap band, one has to think it's related to the Swedish Soenneckens and Towers (also related to Soennecken).

 

And second,

 

No, I didn't change my perspective, this pen is an all-day cigar of an eyedropper, 6" long capped and 5/8" thick . I bought it in 2008, and it dominates my office pens. Frankly, they won't say so, but I think they're intimidated by it.

Thanks! It's a 1940s model. Purchased from a fellow FPNer who restored it to near-perfect condition.
