Recently inked more pens for sketching.

Delta federico media bamboo with Iroshizuku chiku-rin which suitingly translates into bamboo wood.

Btw. I got this one new ridiculously cheap directly from Martemodena.

Also a staple for sketching, the Kaweco Sport Cognac with Seitz-Kreuznach Cognac.

This is going to be my next larger project. Presketch done in a fieldnotes notebook.

Don't give up! You've got three pens. And this one. Not an army maybe, but surely a force!

Here, a bit of fooling around with my Parallel pen and Diamine Golden Brown:

A classic!

Thanks, Eli. I admit that pens with hooded and inlaid nibs are my favourites.

Diamine Golden Brown has no better advertisement than your pensmanship shows forth

ASA Popsicle - 1.1 stub. Schmidt Converter. Jumbo pen. Pen is about 6" w/o cap. Does not cap. This pen is truly a big boy, and will fit nicely in a large hand. Ink - Chesterfield mixture: Fire Opal & Antique Crimson. Smooth writing stub nib, with nice ink flow. Wrote beautifully without my usual flushing upon receipt.

Mr. Subramaniam did a beautiful job!

Sorry to read this. Sorry for printing my reply instead of using a pen. May I ask you what exactly went wrong with your custom pen?

Once again, don't give up. And please, don't underestimate your skills.

No it's my turn to say thank you. I'm flattered ;)

Montblanc Midnight Blue ink

Another amazing sample! You know your nibs ;)

So elegant. Here the MB Permanent Blue is looking more pale than usual.

Accidentaly, I learned the story of your custom pen. Hope everything will be fine with it (and with you) - better later than never. The Legacy can be a keeper, and probably this 51 OB will bring you more joy than its Duofold cousin did. Happy writing!

Here, another pen loaned by my generous friend - Harley Davidson, model name unknown, Medium nib. Inked with Piper Royal Blue by Franklin-Christoph:
