Boy, we all buy a lot of MB stuff as I had to hunt back several pages to find my priginal post!

So pen # 2 arrived today after an extra lap around my zip code yesterday. It is actually the second time I have purchased this exact model pen. And the funny thing is I bought this one from the person I traded my other pen to more than a year ago. And it is not the same pen! This one has a BB instead of B. Ok, pictures...

One pen roll, two pen rolls, three pen rolls ... So many pen rolls ! Do you want one ?

my tiny shop is open and you can have a closer look on my website to see my cotton (and sometimes silk) OOAK penrolls.

Just purchased a MB Legrand Blue Hour FP this morning. Should receive it in a few days. Loved the pen from when i first saw one last year, while passing through an airport. The price has always held me back.

Jules Verne pen, used on thepenmarket.com. While looking for another 146, I thought: "Wouldn't it be great to find a Jules Verne?" The Law of Attraction ... :lticaptd:

Decided to give Montblanc Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Encre du Desert a try. It's growing on me.

Sure ! I must confess it's a bit small, same size as the Greta Garbo, and it's not very comfortable to use for hours ... But I will enjoy it ;)

I made a review in French, I'll translate it tomorrow, now it's late ...

The Jules Verne is a stunning pen!

Thank you.

Yes, it is. Heavier than my 149. Very solid.

Bought what was advertised as a MB132 but upon further investigation turned out to be a MB122. The nib is supposed to be an OB but it seems to me more of an OF nib.

All these nice pens and ink as of late are making me feel FOMO. As I read Zaddick's post on re-buying a previously sold pen, it reminded me of my curating pen post. Also, I recently joined the Facebook FPN group. Wrong time to do that since I'm trying to cut down my collection. Pen photos make it so hard for me to keep my wallet closed 😳

Used 146 from LimitlessPens here on FPN. He lovingly packed the pen in a PVC tube, and included a package of Lindt & Sprüngli Swiss Chocolate. Will definitely buy from him again.

Collected my new 149 Platinum today, it being back from a nib exchange to OB (took exactly a month from UK to Hamburg). It's lovely, fine enough for regular use at work but with good stubbish variation.

I find the 149 perfect for regular use and the platinum is very pleasing, worth the premium over a good used yellow gold in my book.

I found me another bottle of late 1990s/early 2000s ink. This one was too good a deal to pass up as it is the old permanent blue that I like better then the current iteration.
