Spotty Inks?

I've seen it on Moleskine paper too. I've called it curdling :-)

 

It looks like the 'solid' dye has separated and curdled, it hasn't necessarily spread outside of the line. I've seen it on another paper too, but can't find the sample.

What are the two other inks?

I think the inks above are:

J Herbin Bouquet d'antan

Rohrer & Klingner Scabiosa

Monteverde Red

 

It's the red I'm a little unsure of, but I think that's right.
