Red. Rouge. Rosso. Rojo. Rot.

Is that a red (burgundy) 146 90th anniversary? looks really good, I'd like to see the contrast with the black one.

Cheers,

Luis A.

Great picture! Love it. Does it have a OBBB nib? Does not look that wide

It is a F nib 90 Year Anniversary 149. The 149 never came in Burgundy resin, I wish it did. Just played with the lights a bit to get the red tint.

Tom Kellie looking at your sketches is almost as fun as admiring your unequaled photography!

Nicely done!!!

I puzzled over the image you shared until you cleared up the mystery. For a while I thought you had found a 149R.

Heck, I thought it might have been a 146R body and transplanted nib.

The thought crossed my mind, too.

~ Ha Ha! You guys may inspire a genius craftsman out there.

Or perhaps Montblanc itself.

Hamburg, are you reading?

Wonderful photography!

Question - the nib on the right looks like a real gusher with the fairly substantial gap between the tines - do you find it to be troublesome (hard starter) with some types of paper?

Tom, what happened? What kind of accident?

Will you address the problem of the separated tines yourself? Do you dare? Have you the skill and the courage to embark on a nib adjustment adventure?
