Tom, I don't mean to pry. I do have a question regarding the content of the glass. Is it green tea?

Doesn't look too green to me. :) it may well be tea, but let's hope for something stronger! ;)

Mon pays, ce n'est pas un pays, c'est l'hiver.

-- title of a poem by the great Felix Leclerc.

It means something like: my country is not a country, it's winter.

I predict Montblanc will offer us a WE in his name soon. The clip will come in the shape of a roof rake.

Casually admiring these wonderful OBBB(B?) nibs. Just want to say that

1) winter rocks (how can anyone live in a country where there is never any snow?!)

2) that (very famous in Quebec) song/poem is by Gilles Vigneault (Felix did sing great ones too)

Thank you. I had forgotten that Gilles is the author and the performer of that wonderful song.

Today I also learned that Gilles Vigneault won the Prix Félix-Leclerc at the 1965 Festival du disque de Montréal for the song. I'm a huge fan of Felix Leclerc's singing, guitar playing and writing.

P.P.S. I apologize for the awkward syntax in the post-script ... there was no time to rewrite my first draft. We're enjoying a beautiful summer day here in Winnipeg. Winter is a distant memory... even though I'm secretly looking forward to it.

Check out the character of that medium line compared to the broad.

I'm off to join the others now. Have to run. Take care!!!

I could do that. I would be the happiest man on Earth if I never saw any snow again for the rest of my life.

The house next door to me is for sale. Florida tends to avoid snow.

Beginning of the year we had 2 feet of snow on the ground. Today it is going to be 104-105... gotta love the desert (sweaty emoji goes here)
